1st Little Paxton Brownies celebrated 50 years as a unit at the end of 2019.
Jenni, one of our leaders, used to be a Brownie at 1st Little Paxton. She was in Sprites from 1985 to 1988.
Check out some of our other pages to find out about what we get up to as Brownies:
Some of our Brownies previously went to Rainbows. Rainbows is for girls aged 4 to 7. 1st The Paxtons Rainbows is our local Rainbow unit.
When Brownies reach the age of 10, they can go up to Guides. Lots of our Brownies go on to join 2nd Little Paxton Guides who meet straight after Brownies.
Here you can find information about 1st Little Paxton Brownies.
1st Little Paxton Brownies began in the autumn of 1969, so we are 50 years old. We meet in the village of Little Paxton, which is near St Neots in Cambridgeshire.
We are part of St Neots Priory District, St Neots Division, Cambridgeshire West County and Anglia Region, as well as being part of Girlguiding.
We are a very busy unit, taking part in lots of activities, events, outings and holidays. We have a very varied programme at our weekly meetings: playing games, doing crafts and cookery, singing, taking part in badge work, having theme evenings and going outdoors when the weather allows.
We have 24 Brownies in our pack, split in to 4 sixes.

If your daughter's name is already on the list and you want to check on her progress please contact us.
Our Leaders are Jenni, Amy & Debi. Helen & Lori are Unit Helpers. Catherine, Emily and Chloe are our Young Leaders. We also have lots of Brownie parents/carers and friends of the unit who help out too.
